Please read the following

• There is a 12 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy, please make changes to your appointment if needed by clicking “Change/Cancel Appointment” on your appointment confirmation or reminder email.
  
• Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge.
  
• Keep in mind there is a 10 minute grace period - anything over can result as a no show and will be charged 100% of the service booked.
  

Please understand that if you are late it makes me late for all the following appointments of the day. If you don’t show up to your appointment, that time slot could have been available for another client trying to book. Thank you for understanding.
