Cancellation Policy If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please refer to your appointment confirmation or reminder email and select "Change / Cancel Appointment" before the 12 hour window. If you can't make your appointment and it was not modified before the 12 hour window, you will be charged 50% or 100% depending on the time of notice given. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Same day cancellations can not be rescheduled for the following day or future dates.
